能在汲汲营营的日常工作和生活中沉静下来，对于很多人而言，并不是一件容易的事情......更妄论让自己松弛下来，进而安顿自己的内心。

有很多东西可以帮助自己摆脱躁动，在内心平和舒适后更从容地面对日常。而颂钵就是其中之一。

不少人已经听说过颂钵发出的泛音声响清脆空灵，而音频震动让身体感到一种舒缓。百闻不如一见，与我们一起在舒适的空间里，了解颂钵，近距离地体验它的泛音声响吧。

For many of us, it is difficult to calm down from the busy daily work and life... not to mention relaxing and even settling down.  

There are many things that can help get rid of the restlessness, and be able to live more elegantly.  Singing Bown is one of them.  

Quite some people have got to know that the sound by tapping Singing Bowl is ethereal，allowing the body and mind to relax.  One look is worth a thousand words. Come to join us and experience it.

如果你从未接触过颂钵，希望从零开始了解，我们的【初体验】活动可以带领你认识颂钵和它的声音，并亲手体验敲击颂钵。

或许你已经对颂钵有所了解，想来一场让自己心身完全放松的恬静聆听，那么你可以沉浸在由导师全程敲击颂钵的【纯敲净听】。

两个活动可以单独报名参加，或者在同一天内连续参加，以达到更好的体验。

If you are new to Singing Bowl, but wish to know about it, Singing Bowl Essential can lead you to understand on what Singing Bowl and the sound are, as well as to touch and tap on.   

Perhaps you have some knowledge about Singing Bowl, just hope to have a peaceful listening experience that completely relaxes your mind and body, then you can immerse yourself in Pure Listening, in which the mentor will perform through out the session.  

You may sign up Essential or Pure Listening.  It would be an even better experience if you join both sessions on the same day.  

PURE LISTENING

纯 敲 净 听

为了把最多的时间用于Ming老师敲击颂钵，让参加的伙伴更安稳的倾听和更深入的放松，本期活动不设讲解。在所有环节结束后，伙伴们可以自由交流。

In order to allow Mentor Ming to perform her Singing Bowl through out, and our friends to listen and relax deeply, there will not be any lecture.   We can have interactive discussion after all the agenda is done.  

环节Agenda：

一、5分钟，入座并安顿(5min settle down) 

二、50分钟，纯敲净听(50min pure listening & complete relaxation) 

三、5分钟，唤醒与冥想（5min wake-up & meditation) 

参与者须知

穿上让自己感到舒适的衣物，避免带纽扣的衣物、裙子或超短裙/裤，不佩戴过多的饰物；

虽然场地提供轻便的小毯子，变频空调冷/暖气和冷热饮品/茶点，有需要的小伙伴请自带保暖的衣物以确保静坐时不受影响；

如身体有特殊状况，请提前告知。

Please put on clothes that make yourself comfortable, but avoid button-down clothing, skirts or miniskirts/pants, and no excessive accessories.  While we provide light blankets, cool/warm conditioning and cold/hot drink/refreshments, please feel free to bring clothes to keep yourself warm while sitting sitll.  Please advise any special physical condition in advance.
